Ms Belinda Ward
Senior Carer / Trainer

Ms Ward is responsible for our staff
supervision and risk assessments within service users homes.
She joined the agency as a carer in March 2004 and has also worked
her way up through promotion and training within Michael Phillips
Care Agency Ltd, completing Nvq level 3 in Health & Social Care
(adult) in 2008.
Belinda is dedicated to supporting the role of our carer / support
staff out in the field. She is also one of our
C.I.E.H in-house trainers and provides regular training,
specialising in Manual Handling / Hoist Awareness and POVA, either
in the field, or here at Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd's
training suite.
Belinda is an inspiration to our employees, showing dedication to
both them and all our services users.
Belinda completed courses
during 2009, which include 'infection control' and
'risk assessments'.
Belinda commenced her NVQ Level 4 in
Health & Social Care (Adult) qualification in January 2010. She
has also been selected as our dedicated point of contact for our
expanding portfolio of private clients, due to her
exceptional communication abilities.
