Disclosure Services have been
processing criminal record checks since July
2002.
We are an e-Umbrella Body that processes electronic Basic, Standard
& Enhanced criminal record checks, and Protecting Vulnerable
Groups scheme (PVG) registration membership for Scotland.
We assist a comprehensive range of organisations make informed
recruitment decisions fulfilling regulatory and compliance
requirements, mitigating risk to clients, service users and
employees.
As legislation is constantly changing,
we provide guidance and information insight. We'll support you with
the disclosure and / or PVG registration process of new candidates
and your existing staff base.
We are industry leading and one of the first Umbrella Bodies to
operate the Criminal Record Bureau's new e-Bulk e-application
service. Our innovative system is reliable, easy to use, faster,
accurate, and fully secure. Our service is personal, friendly and
flexible.
Registered Body Organisations can upgrade from the paper based
disclosure application route and outsource to us, using a web-based
portal to submit applications via our interface with the Criminal
Records Bureau's (CRB) e-Bulk system.
Our smart, cost efficient service saves organisations having to
invest considerable capital and resources in development to achieve
e-RB status or alternatively, committing to vastly expensive
e-platform / brokering solutions.
