Mr Garry Stamford
Human Resources Manager / Care Manager / Trainer

Mr Stamford is responsible for all aspects of recruitment and staff
retention with Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd. Garry joined
the Agency as a carer in June 2004 and has also worked his way up
through promotion and training to his present position. He
works closely with our law consultants in relation
to all Hr legislation and procedures. He also works closely
with the Senior Care Manager and Registered Manager with regards to
the daily care management of the company.
After successfully completing his
NVQ level 4 in Health & Social Care (adult), he embarked on
further training and completed his CIPD Cerlap qualifications
in July 2010.
Garry completed
a 20 day course in 'Leadership and Management' in
association with ILM during
2009/2010.
Garry is conscientious with regards to
our company policies, and his excellent communication skills
alongside his understanding nature make him more than suitable for
his role.
