Ms Jayne Haimes
Senior Care Manager

Ms Haimes is responsible for the day-to-day issues surrounding
the Management of all Care Packages under the direction of the
registered manager at Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd.
She has been with Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd since November
2003 and has proved herself by moving up through promotion and
training to the position she now holds as Senior Care
Manager.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, Ms Haimes is
also dedicated to the welfare of all Service Users with
Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd. She shows an aptitude for
working well under pressure, and this is reflected in the smooth
running of the Agencies daily care requirements. As an
extremely caring individual, she is excellent at communicating with
both Service Users and Care / Support staff. She has an
excellent capacity for understanding the uniqueness of every
individual under her care.
Ms Haimes has completed her NVQ level 4 in Health & Social
Care (adult) and now plans to enrol on further training, enabling
her to keep up to date with all legislation and current
practice.
Ms Haimes's most recent accomplishment was completing a course
in 'Caring with Dignity' in association with the Royal College of
Nursing (Wales), held in October 2009 and
also 'Essential Leadership', ran by ILM.
