Here at Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd we are committed to the training and on-going development of our care staff.  We have a vast amount of in-house training and induction programmes that each member of staff is involved with on a weekly basis, enhancing knowledge and promoting safe working practices.

All staff are working towards NVQ Level 2/3 in Care.

Continuous training includes:

• Moving & Handling

• First Aid at Work

• Hoist Training

• Fire Safety

• Medication Awareness

• Food Hygiene

• Health & Safety

• Protection of Vulnerable Adults (P.O.V.A.)
