Our team leaders are responsible for their own individual
teams of care / support staff in different areas.
They also carry out administration duties within the offices,
on call duties and liase daily with members of the management
team and our senior carer. All team leaders
have completed their NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
(Adult).
Dedicated to the quality of services
provided to all our service users, all team leaders regularly
monitor care staff in the field via supervision and spot
checks.
